职位描述
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years experience as PeopleSoft HCM functional consultant
? Should have good functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM V8.8 or above
? Very Strong logical and analytical problem resolution skills
? Global consolidations experience desired
? Have end-to-end Implementation/Upgrade experience in PeopleSoft HCM V8.8 or above
? Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
? Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels
? Strong organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented
? Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
? Fluent in English, excellent written, verbal and strong interpersonal skills are required
? Proficiency in MS Office is required
? Functional experience with multiple PeopleSoft applications (FSCM, EPM) modules or any PeopleSoft technical experience is a plus
? Recent experience including either multiple full life cycle implementation or upgrade experience with version 8.8 or above is a big plus
? Experience training and supporting end users with the PeopleSoft applications
? Experience with data conversions to PeopleSoft applications
? Experience testing PeopleSoft application instances to successfully validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts
? Have technical security/workflow experience
Responsibility:
? Responsible for working with in-house or outside client on PeopleSoft HCM implementation
? Hands-on experience on implement & Support PeopleSoft Payroll Interface, Benefit Administration, Base Benefits or Core HR modules in functional area
? Perform requirement gathering (interacting with client and understanding business and ERP application requirements and processes, organization structure, roles and responsibilities)
? Prepare As-Is process (existing / current processes) document
? Do fit –gap analysis, prepare To-be process document
? Prepare Functional Design Documents
? Configuration of application
? Provide functional guidance to technical developers on developing program logic for customizations as per business requirements
? Develop test scenarios
? Perform functional unit testing
? Perform functional system integration testing
? Train client users and prepare user guides
? Participate in project review meetings between client and company’s project teams/committees
