职责描述：
1、协助总经理安排日常工作的日程与各项会议的议程；

2、协助总经理接待外来客户的接待及时间预约安排；

3、撰写和跟进落实高层会议、主题会议等公司会议纪要；

4、协助总经理对各部门工作计划的执行情况，协调内部各部门之间的资源；

5、协助总经理作好各项管理工作并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况；

6、总经理差旅票务、酒店等协调安排；

7、完成总经理交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、金融、经管、文秘等相关专业，全日制本科或硕士研究生，有海外学习和工作背景者优先；

2、2年以上总经理助理或者相关工作经验；

3、具有前瞻的战略目光，为人诚实可靠、品行端正，做事沉稳，思维严密、敏捷，有较好的语言文字功底、有良好的及沟通技巧和协调能力；

4、有高端服务业工作经历者优先。
