岗位职责：

• 负责整个项目的运行，完成满足客户期望质量的工作；
• 负责项目实施计划制定，采购的审核与管理，与客户和专家成员进行协调并完成项目任务；
• 能够完成相关技术领域的设计审核；
• 管理技术援助团队并协调专家共同工作；
• 负责开发制定工作计划，编制时间表，并且管理咨询团队工作，确保项目实施进度，按期递交任务成果，并对项目实施进行有效的造价成本控制；
• 监督项目进展，并向伊世特公司的董事和外部客户进行报告；
• 进行培训，现场指导，并编制培训计划;
• 具备同时管理多个项目的能力；
• 具备编制技术建议书并参与业务发展的能力。

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project performance delivered to meet the clients’ expectation in quality;
• Responsible for project implementation planning, procurement review/management, coordination with client and expert members for task deliveries;
• Undertaking design review in his/her technical areas;
• Managing and co-working with internal experts in project TA teams.
• Developing work plans, setting up timelines, and managing consultancy teams for effective task delivery and progress and cost control for project implementation;
• Monitoring and reporting project progress to both internal ESD directors and external clients;
• Conducting training, field coaching, and preparing training plans;
• Managing multiple projects;
• Preparing technical proposals and participating in business development;

岗位要求：

• 环境工程/科学或其他相关学科的本科、硕士及以上学位；
• 至少10年的工程类咨询经验，有世行以及亚行项目经验者优先；
• 专业领域可为市政及水资源基础设施发展，包含但不局限于：水/污水处理厂、雨水管理、道路/桥梁建设、生态修复、固废管理与水力工程等等；
• 良好的中英文书面及口语交流能力；
• 具备国内注册工程师或国际专家组织认证资质，或有意向取得此类资质。

Requirements:

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria in terms of qualifications and experience:

• BS and MS degrees or above in engineering, environmental science, or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering consultancy since the first degree; preferably working with WB and ADB projects;
• Expertise areas could be municipal and water resource infrastructure development, including, but not limited to: water/wastewater treatment plants, stormwater management, road/bridge construction, ecological rehabilitation, solid waste management, and hydraulic engineering;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Professional engineer qualification registered in China or international professional associations, or motivation to obtain.
