工作概要Job Purpose
1. 为了确保产品的设计开发满足客户的各种技术要求,在公司的开发流程限制下,与客户进行沟通,获取产品需求定义并与客户达成一致. 在产品开发过程中，跟踪和支持相关部门工作，协助产品的设计验证, 支持样品装车，支持黄板测试，支持整车测试及问题分析，确保客户需求得以完全贯彻.To communicate with customer, capture and have agreement with customer for the product requirement definitions. To trace, support other departments and verify the product design from system level during the product design within company design process, to support sample assembly, yellow board test, vehicle level test and issue analysis in customer side, ensure the product development and delivery meet all customer requirements
主要职责Main Responsibility
1.获取并分析客户需求，同时保持与架构工程师及设计团队的沟通和讨论，以确保满足客户的需求。
Capture and analyse customer requirements; Having proper distribution/ discussion with architecture team and development team for the requirements.
2.根据内部及外部的客户需求，完成系统需求文档，同时主持系统需求文档的评估活动。确保所有需求都在系统需求文档里被完整， 准确定义。
Develop the System Requirement Document according to the internal/ external customer requirements and leading the SRD assessment process.Ensure all requirements have been detail defined in SRD correctly.
3.根据部门工作需要，支持黄板测试，整车系统测试及数据采集分析工作。支持客户端样品装车工作。确保产品在黄板，整车上得到验证，产品在客户端发生的问题能及时得到分析。
Support yellow board test, vehicle system level test & data capture/analysis at customer side, support plant samples assembly as required base on department work allocation.Ensure designed products are full verified from yellow board & vehicle system level and issues found in customer side can be analyzed properly.
4.根据变更控制流程，管理/跟踪客户的需求变更，确保所有需求变更都被准确执行。
Manage the processing for new/ modified customer requirement and ensure following the change control .Ensure all new/ modified requirements are implemented correctly
5.根据客户及工厂的需求，主导诊断及校验策略设计文档的开发，确保所有诊断及校验工作能在工厂顺利实施。
processLead the diagnostic/ calibration strategy specification development according to the customer/ plant requirements.Ensure all diagnostic/ calibration can be executed correctly in customer/ plant side
6.所有的系统设计工作满足公司内部开发设计流程要求，确保所有设计工作满足CMMI-2要求。

要求
1.本科及以上学历，汽车电子工程领域。
2.熟练掌握中文及英文的听，说，读，写
3.拥有超过3年在汽车电子领域的音响硬件或软件开发经验。
