新能源HIL高级测试工程师（驻厂）
工作内容：
1. 负责测试台架搭建、工具配置；
2. 负责测试设计、测试执行及项目管理；
3. 负责HIL测试自动化用例开发。
职位要求：
1.汽车工程、机电一体化、机械工程、控制工程等相关专业；
2. 至少熟悉一种主流HIL测试系统（ETAS/dSPACE/NI）；
3. 熟悉硬件在环测试，并有一年HIL工作台架搭建、测试设计、HIL测试经验；
4. 熟悉MATLAB/Simulink，并能运用其设计简单的仿真模型；
5. 熟悉Python/C#语言；
6. 熟悉测试流程、规范及工具；
7. 工作认真细致，有强烈的责任心，性格开朗；
8. 具有良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神；
9. 英语四级及以上，熟练的英文使用能力。
Senior Test Engineer – Verification and Validation for Hybrid Powertrain System
JOB SUMMARY:
1. Senior Test engineer
2. Hybrid powetrain system; Model-based testing; Hardware-in-the-Loop test; Test planning and test execution; Test automation
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. MiL/SiL/PiL/ and back to back testing for Hybrid Control Unit ASW and integration test with BSW.
2. Multi xCU HIL test for hybrid powertrain system with dSPACE full-size simulators, and AVL Cruise, AVL InMotion, as well as the MATLAB/Simulink plant models. The hybrid related controllers include: HCU, BMS, MCU,ECU, TCU, BSGCU and ESP.
3. Hybrid powertrain system test on AVL full-chassis test bed
4. Hybrid powertrain DVP and test cases review, and optimization
5.Test cases execution, test analysis and test results collection
6.Test automation implementation with dSPACE’s AutomationDesk and Python scripts
7.Responsible for coaching GWM engineers for hybrid powertrain functional test and analysis
Specialized Skills/Knowledge:
1.Good English speaking and writing skills
2.Familiar with mature software development life cycle (V-model, SPICE…)
3.5 years work experience in automotive E/E system HIL test is a must.
4.Experience of powertrain system requirements capture, analysis and testing
5.Testing planning and test case implementation experience for >2 SOP project is needed
6.Experience for test management tool is needed
7.Experience of dSPACE’s HIL Testing tool chain: ControlDesk, AutomationDesk, Model parameterization
8.Experience of AVL’s powertrain testbed, 2WD or 4WD, and familiar with AVL CRUISE
9.Familiar with software test process, test planning and test execution
10.Familiar with real-time calibration tool and diagnostic tool is beneficial
