Assistant Accountant - Payment

Job Purpose

The position is responsible for all the payment transaction for Ibis owned hotels. Ensure the

Payment accuracy. Maintain the bank account detail information and summary the status

including bank account balance weekly to Director of Accounting and related department.

Well keep the USB keys for online payment, ensure the security and safety. Prepare and

keep the Key handover documents for divestment hotels.

Record and updated the treasure management of each bank account and report to Director

of accounting center. Follow any other tasks assign by superiors.

Primary Responsibilities

- Well manage and safekeeping of hotels bank keys

- Accomplished the receipt and payment and recording the daily work, ensure the payment

accuracy

- Coordinate accountant to support all the bank receipt for all accountants.

- Provide all detail bank information and updated bank account balance for each online

bank accounts.

- Weekly provide summary information for all Ibis owned hotels.

- Maintain thee bank USB keys in well status

- Provide all treasure information for each bank account.

- Assist hotel onsite Fix assets inventory

- Assist hotel onsite OE items inventory

- Any other tasks assign by superiors

Knowledge and Experience

- Bachelor Degree

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Accounting System

- Knowledge of PRC accounting law
