Job Title: Learning & Development Intern

Department: Academie (Training)

Location: Shanghai

Job Purpose

Provide the whole department with training administrative and logistics support.

Ensure effective communication with hotel HR & Training Department to identify overall hotel training needs

Primary Responsibilities

Provide Director with administrative assistances from time to time

Prepare all training materials by request of trainers

Provide all logistics support for all training activities

Run Orientation training for Corporate office new employees

Answer hotels enquiries related too training on daily basis

Manage Online Registration System

Announce Training Schedule every month

Other Responsibilities

Manage LMMS and play a role of country administrator

Post HR Wechat

Profile

Knowledge and Experience

Bachelor Degree and above

Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office

A professional level of skills in learning & development tools

Competencies

Excellent communication, both written and oral, and presentation s skills

Strong PC skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Ability to operate related computer software and business equipment including telephone, VVCR/DVD player, LCDD &/or overhead projector, and other related training aids

Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines
