职位描述

Job Purpose
The position is responsible for providing technical services to all MB and other allocated brand project


Primary Responsibilities
? Assist Development by providing technical feasibility study, layout proposal to developer for negotiation and meeting with developer if needed;
? Assist Development team in their negotiations with promoters and building owners with regard to technical aspects including specifications and Technical Services scope of works;
? Assist other department to implement each brand standard on site.
? Provide technical know how to owner, consultant and interior designer;
? Guide owner’s project team to implement brand standard during hotel construction and fitting out stage;
? Assist appointed hotel GM during pre-opening for any related technical issue.
? Base on China’s fire safety, ACCOR safety regulation, China’s hotel star rating regulation - provide preliminary assessment on safety and technical issue for all MB brands and other allocated brand hotel development
? Review and provide project brief
? Brand validation and Committee program info preparation for project
? Ensure all Brand and safety standard implementation
? Ensure M&E systems are commission with safety and operating licenses and rectification of major defect before approval opening of hotel
? Develop good relationship with owner side.
? Technical assistance to pre opening team
? Closed out report for projects
? M&E specialist for departmenta


Knowledge and Experience
? Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building related discipline.
? Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
? Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
? Knowledge of labor laws and employment visa requirements in China
