Primary Responsibilities
? Review all the JVs and BS Reconciliation for in charge accountants.
? Check Fapiao control for in charge accountants.
? Finance records for in charged hotels. Prepare and review Payment vouchers for in charged hotels
? Handle and assist other accountant for any tax issue
? In charge Inventory report for all hotels.
? Monthly and yearly financial closing procedure in SUN system.
? Ensure accurate and transparent monthly statutory reporting and accounting closing for local and corporate book
? Accurate and timely preparation of the necessary schedules and information as required by audit, annual check and other statutory reporting department and ensure timely filing with the relevant statutory bodies.
? Responsible for hotel monthly closing.
? Keep good communication with other functional department.
? Reconciling and balancing all accounts.
? Drawing up financial statements (Accor report, Input file, PL File, Trial balance, Income statement, Balance sheet).
? Assist with budget preparation.
? Complete the internal management reporting package on a timely basis.

Other Responsibilities
? Hotel onsite Fixed Assets Inventory.
? Hotel onsite OE items inventory
? Franchise Hotel Opening Financial Training.
? Hotel contracts check, delivery, stamp and courier.
? Performance Annual review.
? Other jobs assigned by the financial director.
Knowledge and Experience
? Bachelor Degree in accounting or finance.
? About 5 years working experience of accountant.
? Strong user knowledge of accounting system, FOLS, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
? Knowledge of tax laws.
