Title: Internal Audit

Department: Finance-IT-Admin-Legal

Superior: Internal Audit Supervisor

Location: 22F, Metro Plaza, No. 555 Lou Shan Guan Road, Shanghai 200051, P. R. China

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting/Consolidation

· This China –based Internal Auditor will perform audits assignments of 1 or 2 weeks in China.

· He/she manages his/her own work program , provides the assurance that the key business risks have been identified.

· He/she guarantees the accuracy of his/her own audit conclusions including a clear highlight of that hotel internal control weakness as well as his recommendation to rectify those weaknesses.

· He/She trains hotel management to Group policies and best practices.

· Following every audit, he/she prepares an Audit report, written in English.

Controlling

· Review managed and owned hotels P&L (actual, forecast and budget performance)

Head Office Payroll

· Supervise the monthly Corporate payroll calculation and payment process

REQUIREMENTS

· Fluent English speaking and good writing skills.

· Excellent communicator with ability to facilitate communication.

· Excellent report writing skills, and be able to convey critical information clearly and succinctly.

· Proven ability to work independently, a flexible attitude to travel, as it is expected that more than 50% of the time is outside of Shanghai.

· A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Audit (whether Internal or External ) for Financial Control with hotel experience. However candidate from one of the top 4 international CPA firms is highly preferred.

Take other responsibilities according to the Management requirement. He /She can be called upon for consultation or for assistance in any other Accor properties.
