The role will lead the EPM solutions based on Microsoft Project Server, including pre-sales support, design and implement EPM solution for the customers.

Requirements

·At least 7 years’ project management experience, has led large-scale project.

·Experience on managing and prioritizing projects in one or more program or experience on project portfolio management is a strong prefer.

·Solid knowledge on Project Management methodology and process, understand the requirements and the concepts of enterprise project management.

·Experience on defining project management process is highly preferred.

Excellent technical writing skills.

·Solid experience on EPM solution implementation with Microsoft Project Server, includes:

·Facilitate and drive the workshop sessions with customer

·Analyze and collect the customer requirements and shape the EPM solution requirements

·Design the enterprise project management process with the customer

·Design the KPI / Dashboard / Reports from project management with project server

·Design and config project server to fulfill the projects defined with the customers.

·Design and drive the change management plan during the EPM implementation

·Experience on similar EPM solutions (CA Clarity, HP PPM, SAP PPM) is a plus.

Technical Skills:

·Strong skills and experience on Project Server Configuration / Administration & customization

·Solid Experience on SharePoint Server Configuration / Administration and Custom Development

·Experience on Microsoft Business Intelligent (Reporting Services, Integration Services etc.)

Other skills

·Understand on software development lifecycle

·Experience on Microsoft .NET application development

·Experience on architecting large-scale solution
