职位描述

Job Summary:
Develops global business relationships and ensures “share of wallet” growth of major assigned accounts through platform wins, plant sales, service, and other aftermarket services. 
Responsibilities:

? Global responsibility for the Key Account/Customer. Works with customers to solve applications/needs using standard and/or custom designed products.
? Develops and implements global penetration strategy through Corporate Tech Centers and Plant relationships.
? High degree of focus on winning platform sales
? Coordinates with regional automotive sales teams to support Key Account
? Develop Aftermarket sales strategies to increase “share of wallet” with Key Account – plant sales, service and after-market sales on global basis.
? Collect VOC and communicate to Product Marketing
? Communicate throughout organization – sales, marketing, and operations as necessary to support and develop new and existing business.
? Coordinate with local sales distribution to increase sales, service and product knowledge/support
? Drives global pricing/bids/blanket strategies and ensures consistency.
? Drives standard application practices and solutions globally.
? Maintain knowledge of competitive products and prices related to Power Tools.
? FORECASTING: Will complete weekly reports to summarize accurate forward looking estimates of sales volume by product category. Report on activity within the territory, complaints, trends, competitive actions and any recommendations to improve productivity.

Reporting Relationships:
Reports directly to Power Tools Sales Director. The KAM will have regular interaction with regional KAM sales support, marketing, operations, customer service, and other support groups.
Background and Skill:
? BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field or equivalent of five to ten years outside sales experience
? Professional Value Based Selling experience
? More than 5 years of experience with identified automotive Key Account
? Demonstrated track record for past sales growth
? Exceptional computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
? Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
? Demonstrated international culture awareness
