？ College degree or the above in Engineering or related specialty工程及相关专业大专以上学历
？ Familiar with quality control system熟悉质量管理控制系统
？ Good knowledge of fasteners and fasteners trading work
了解紧固件及紧固件贸易流程
？ ISO and EHS knowledge ISO质量管理体系 & 环境和职业健康安全管理方面的知识
？ Minimum of 5 years related working experience, worked with the related fastener company至少5年以上相关工作经验，有紧固件公司工作经验
？ Be familiar to use testing equipment 熟练使用检测测量工具及设备
？ Be familiar to all kinds of inspection and / or calibration method, process, purpose and result evaluation 熟悉各项检测和/或校准的方法、程序、目的和结果评价
？ Good at written and oral English优秀的英语书面语及口语
？ Good communication and cooperation skills, active working attitude良好的沟通和合作技巧，积极的工作态度
？ Patient, efficient, responsible, can work under pressure耐心、有效、负责、能承受一定压力
？ Good health condition身体良好

Functional area/职责
？ Define, plan and perform Quality, Health and Safety audits and re-audits, corrective agreements, according to ISO or customer’ standards or specification按照ISO或者客户的标准来定义、计划及执行质量、健康安全审核及再次审核、纠正协议等
？ Supervise internal process to adapt all ISO document in operation.
监督公司内部流程并使之与ＩＳＯ系列文件适应
？ Help and supervise QE for non conformance handling and root cause analysis , corrective & preventive plan and follow up 协助并监督QE进行不符合项处理及失败原因分析, 整改计划、预防计划及跟踪。
？ Provide the efficiency and qualified report to the related departments according to the requirements of company按照公司的要求提交有效及高质量的报告给相关部门
？ Provide management training to suppliers给供应商质量管理培训
？ Completely audit inspection and calibration staff including trainees 对检测和校准人员包括在培员工，进行充分地监督
？ Be familiar to inspection method, process, purpose and result evaluation, audit whole process inspection activity 熟悉检测方法、程序、目的和结果评价，对被监督人员的检测活动实施全过程监督
？ Be familiar to inspection ability of accreditation, audit correct usage of accreditation logo 熟悉认可的检测能力，监督认可标志的正确使用
？ Help Lab responsible person to organize to evaluate measurement uncertainty, competence verification and comparison, quality monitoring of inspection result and technical activity of intermediate checks, etc. 协助检测室负责人组织测量不确定度评定、能力验证和比对、检测结果质量监控和期间核查等技术活动
？ Implement effective monitoring for equipment and environment when inspection 对检测工作过程中所使用的设备、环境的有效性进行监控
？ In time find and have right to stop unqualified inspection standard and non-conformity job 及时发现并有权终止违反检测标准和程序的不符合工作
？ Do technical check for equipment before using 对所用设备在投入使用前进行必要的技术核查
？ Stop all of unqualified equipments to be used 阻止未经核查或核查不合格的设备投入使用
？ Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives 支持及推动6S的推行
？ Compliance to ISO9001-2008, ISO14001:2004 & OHSAS18001:2007遵照ISO9001-2008质量管理体系, ISO14001:2004环境管理体系 & OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系
