Job Responsibility:
? Responsible for company banking procedures
? Overseeing company accounts payable & general expenses
? Preparation of journal entries for payment vouchers
? Handling & auditing employees expenses reimbursement
? Proper management of petty cash expenses
? Month end reporting to Hong Kong office
? Preparation of audit schedules and accommodating auditors enquiries
? Ensure integrity of financial data and reconciliation are in order
? Maintenance of proper accounting records
? Extensive liaison with external accountant in preparation of financial statement
? Participating in month end stock take
? Other ad hoc assignments

Qualification:
? College degree
? Proficient in Microsoft Offices
? Excellent excel skills
? 1-2 years working experience
? Accounting or finance background
? Good communication skills
? Excellent excel skills
? Fluent English
? Experience in MNC is preferred
? Fluent English
