As an Assistant in Marketing team, you should proactive, dynamic individual that will perform administrative duties for MD and whole team. Your responsibilities may include making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and financial data, assisting with event planning, creating or updating presentation files, tracking budgets and expenses, and communicating with external service providers.

Furthermore, your key role and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• As the operator of Ariba/SAP and make operate and maintain Ariba/SAP system.
• Assist product manager on the marketing activities.
• Assist product manager on budget control, financial report preparing as well as settling and auditing payment to agency.
• Effectively implement company operation policy and procedure.
• Provide necessary administrative support to MD and team members to arrange the logistics for internal and external.
• Set up documentation and filing system for the whole division. Including speaker management.
• Responsible for reporting all the Adverse Event you’re aware of to Local Drug Safety Department on the day when you become aware of the event.

Who you are

You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies. You bring experience in assistant of sales or marketing team and you are the person to get the job done. You have a university degree with good English skill. And you have at least 2 years experience of related, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.You also have good communication, coordination, organiazaiton and excuting skills to support the marketing team. Furthermore you are able to do multitask, prioritize and work under pressure within strict deadlines.
