-Map the market talents by analyzing job requirements, and conduct extensive research work to identify potential candidates via multi-channels;

-Get new talents through social activities to enlarge the talent pipeline;

- Implement and maintain a comprehensive network regarding recruiting activities to potential candidates;

- Initiatively interview and evaluate candidates

-Provide ad hoc support to recruiters to accomplish hiring targets.

★Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree with 2-3 years working experience in HR recruitment or talent hunting.

- Good communication in both Chinese & English with nice voice

- Self-motivate, smart and quick-response, result driven and able to work independently

- High vitality and resourceful in nature.
