· Make sure to get a list of new order merchandise every month from HK

· Prepare for information download; cost and weight update

· Follow up outstanding orders

· Organize merchandise information

Repair Handling

· Sort out repair jobs from retail shops

· Arrange for local repair and HK repair

· Coordinate lead time with HK

· Relay repair information from HK to sales staff

ATA Arrangement

· Arrange to receive requested ATA merchandise from HK

· Check return date

· Arrange to return ATA merchandise to HK

· ATA inventory check

Stock Check

· Conduct stock check every month at retail shops

Distribution of Merchandise and Sales Supplies

· Print out new price tag and tag new merchandise

· Divide and pack new merchandise for retail shops

· Ship new merchandise to retail shops

· Order and receive sales supplies from Japan

· Distribute sales supplies to retail shops

Customs Clearance

· Arrange sales invoice from Japan and contract from HK

· Inform Ferrari of material information

· Estimate amount of duty and VAT for payment to Ferrari

· Confirm amount of duty and VAT for cost allocation
