The successful candidate will:
● Provide strong technical leadership in design and overall product development, guide development team to smooth execution.
● Manage designers, layout people to deliver working silicon to project schedules.
● Report on projects status weekly.
● Prepare a quarterly and annual budget for department resources needed to accomplish the product plan, including both fixed and variable expenses for people, travel, materials, tools and services.
● Collaborate with other product line groups such as marketing and test development to ensure that the new product development process is interactive.
● Provide input on the process characteristics needed to implement products and develop technology roadmaps for process packaging and test in conjunction with support groups for these areas to follow the product roadmaps.
● Ensure development process meets company requirements for IP control, phase reviews.

Skills and Experience Required
● BSEE, MSEE preferred and 10+ years analog/mixed signal IC design experience
● Strong track record of releasing first pass fully functional Si to project schedule
● Experience in multiple analog IC process environments such as CMOS, BiCMOS and CBiCMOS
