Job Descriptions (Presale / PM / MA)

PM
1. Maintain efficient and effective communication with customers.
2. Manage, coordinate, and monitor project activities, and change-control process according to mutually agreed procedures.
3. Coordinate the scheduling and assignment of the internal development team resources.
4. Coordinate with Gorilla team and customers.
5. Provide overall direction to the Project team. Identify and control project risks.
6. Participate in the post-implementation review process.
7. Create technical documents.
MA
1. Software, hardware (server, storage…etc) and networking installation and configuration.
2. Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the systems, including:
A. Maintains and keeps a full and updated set of Software back- up.
B. Performing periodical tests preventive maintenance and by planning, installing, performing tests according to instructions.
C. Analyzing the system logs and tracking them for system failures / problems.
D. Maintains local stocks of spare parts, tools and test equipment in operational order.
E. Produce periodic maintenance reports and keep track of MA requests, and official documents.
F. Co-ordinate efforts between different support tiers and ensure the maintenance services is done and recorded properly.
G. Keep good management of all the internal and external documents related to maintenance.
H. Create process and workflow to facilitate the maintenance service operation and document it properly.

A. Conduct initial product/ solution introduction
B. Scope environment/ workflow and project requirements
C. Generate draft solution and presentation/ question
D. Able to scope next phase of business/ technical opportunity.
Partnerships:
A. Conduct initial product/ solution introduction

C. Provide technical knowledge to develop feasible business model with Partner
D. Study and report on the competitive landscape from a business and technology perspective.
