工作职责：
1.维护良好的客户关系，提高客户满意度，为客户提供及时高效的专业服务。
2.收集，分析，管理客户资料，对目标客户的潜在业务进行开发，提高业务机会。
3.接受客户需求，参与项目沟通及执行，有效控制成本及进度，确保项目顺利实施。
4.与团队其他成员紧密合作，共同完成团队任务。

岗位要求：
1.本科及以上学历，熟练使用各类办公软件。
2.善于沟通，具备良好的组织协调能力及团队合作精神。
3.优秀的英文听、说、读、写能力。可以用英文邮件自由往来
4.两年以上客户服务，服务类销售或项目管理经验者优先。
5. 有在本地化行业的工作经验者优先。
6. 有海外学习或工作经验者优先。
