REQUIREMENT
1.4 Year College Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2.2-3 years sales/engineering experience.
3.Sufficient English
4.SAP experience is a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
Sales 40%
1.Travel to customer location, trade shows
2.Develop and implement sales strategy, pricing strategy, brand strategy
3.Work out department policies in terms of sales oversee the implementation of these policies
4.Present sales plan and sales budget, monthly sales forecast and monthly sales report to superior
5.Market investigation: collecting and analyze market information, and present report for company’s decision-making
6.Sales contract management / Price quotations
7.Account management and credit management
8.Establish and maintain customer relations, set up customer files, assist in working out customer ratings of credibility
9.Provide feedback on competitor activity
10.Presentations
11.Order entry and follow-up
Technical support 40%
1.Ensure customer receives technical support and responses in timely manner
2.Work with other FSIP locations on developing parts and components for local market
3.Provide technical support and training for internal and external customers (aftermarket efforts, Transit, and OEM)
4.Provide feedback on warranty claims
5.Staff and customer training
Special or seasonal projects as requested by manager 20%
