Major Job Responsibilities
？ Provide leadership and develop strategies for supplier quality/development for company
？ Integrate activities within buying organization to ensure consistent and appropriate mutual support
？ Leverage resources to work with suppliers to improve the quality.
Manage company plant Supplier Quality team by coaching, training, developing
？ Coordinate and provide SQ training
？ Develop and implement plans to achieve targeted objectives
？ Develop a capable local supply base
？ Develop & implement localization strategies

Major Job Qualifications/Specific Skills (Required/preferred)
？ 5 Years experience in at least 2 of the following areas: Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering. (Required)
？ Six Sigma experience preferred
？ High level of analytical ability to assess and resolve complex, technical problems (required).
？ High level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills (required).
Bachelor degree with a major in engineering or equivalent work experience .
？ High travel requirement (required).
？ Demonstrated ability to work independently (required).
？ Previous experience working with suppliers (preferred)
？ Instructor/facilitator Experience (Required)
