Responsibilities:

·
Reviewing, drafting and documenting all
contracts relating to suppliers and customers in Asia Pacific region

·
Completing commercial terms in standard
templates according to information provided by business units

· Identifying non-standard terms proposed by
customers and suppliers

· Enforcing contracts management policies and
procedures and co-ordinate overall file maintenance

· Maintaining a contract repository to ensure
data is updated

· Preparing contracts status report and summary
of engaging terms

· Ensuring engaging terms with suppliers and
customers are kept in confidence

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in
Law or equivalent

· At least 2 years of
relevant working experience in contracts management

· Good analytical
skills and attention to details.

·
Fluent in both spoken and written English
