主要职责：
为客户提供一站式服务（机票报价、航班预定以及回答客户的其他相关询问）；
及时，准确，专业地回应客户的查询和需求；
快速探寻和准确定义客户需求，提供相应解决方案；
及时给客户回电；
反馈客户的意见给直属主管以提高团队的服务水平；
可以接受倒班安排。
职位条件：
标准普通话，吐字清晰，语调积极友好；
具有一般的英文读写能力和良好的沟通能力；
良好的客户服务意识，和沟通协调能力；
良好的倾听技巧和清晰简练的表达能力；
具有航空服务、旅游相关的从业经验者优先；
大专以上学历。
