DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? HR Manager is responsible for assisting HR head in managing HR

? Department and providing effective, timely and cost effective services in the following areas:

l Recruitment & Selection

l Administration of employee data

l Compensation & Benefits

l Training & Development

l Employee Relations

l Security


? HR Manager to provide strong leadership to the HR team (technical expertise + business direction).

? Plan, organize, and carry out organizational policies, procedures, and program in the following areas: Staffing, Compensation & Benefit, Training, Administration and Security.

? Assist HR Manager for oversee standard recruiting and placement practices and procedures to ensure the company’s staffing requirements are met in a timely manner, and interview management level candidates;

? Assist HR Manager to protect interests of employees and the company in accordance with the employee handbook and government laws and regulations, establish a positive employer-employee relationship;

? Conduct a continuing study of all HR policies, programs and practices, monitor for the effectiveness and cost containments;

? Exchange knowledge and information with other Jabil facilities to ensure best practices are shared throughout the Jabil organization;

? Build relationship among the departments


REQUIREMENTS

? Bachelor Degree in related subjects with minimum 3 years Human Resources management working experience in a manufacturing company, or equivalent combination of education and experience;

? Proficient and knowledgeable in laws and other government rules and regulations related to Human Resources;

? Ability to solve practical problems and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, or other audit agencies;

? Ability to lead and coach all Human Resources personnel to be independent and motivated in carrying out their responsibilities

? Advanced computer skill, be good at office software;

? Fluent English in writing and speaking with CET-6 above level;

? Work hard and independently and have a sense of responsibility;

? Good presentation, communication and organization skills.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB 岗位目的

Summarize the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organization.
? To ensure a first level of HR information system support and training for EEs
? To promote the HRIS systems and services
? To ensure the interface with BU to collect their requirements
? To lead HR information systems deployment project


REGULAR RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

Please list the main regular responsibilities of the position.
1. Lead new HR information system projects for China and some other countries, mainly focus on requirements collection, UAT and go-live support.
2. Act as local administrator of HR information systems, train the users if necessary or requested, Informs users about HRIS functionalities, rules and changes.
3. Seizing opportunities to promote a better understanding and use of HR information systems.
4. Audit HR data stored in the HR information systems and conduct the improvement of data quality.
5. Sharing knowledge about the user documents (e.g. training materials, user guides, demos).
6. Identifies the best practices or process improvements to pass on to the higher level Support Center and transfers unsolved issues to the higher level Support Center.
