Role:
1、Perform support on Mita-Teknik products to our customers
2、Train and educate customers in Mita-Teknik Products
3、Perform commissioning of prototype turbines
4、Perform commissioning of Mita-Teknik products
5、Perform maintenance on Mita-Teknik products
6、Program, redesign and correct software issues
7、Elaborate specifications.
8、Elaborate product documentation.
9、Test software programs according to test specification.
10、Release software and related documentation.
11、Perform Quality Assurance and fault analyze onsite
12、Elaborate new software objects.
Responsibilities:
1、Customer Training
2、Commissioning of Mita-Teknik products on hardware and configuration level
3、Report and handle customer Issues and NCR fast and precise
4、Feedback Customer information to Manager.
5、By great support ensure Mita-Teknik as preferred partner for the customer
6、Travel reports.
7、Finalize customers issues in writing
8、Document customer issues in English.
9、Support the organization and customers
10、Bug and NCR reporting.
11、Task and project estimation.
12、PWA registration..
Mandate:
1、Plan and coordinate own daily activities within given frames of deadlines and dependency on other developers.
2、Stop development, if deviations are discovered.
3、Stop supplier work, if deviations are discovered.
Competences:
1、Formal training and/or experience within electronics, electro technology or computer science as technician or engineer.
2、Solid skills in programming software.
3、Solid skills in real time systems and programming software for embedded real time systems.
4、Solid skills in troubleshooting and debugging.
5、Solid skills in software design and software structure.
6、Basic understanding of hardware, communication protocols, (CAN, CANOpen, Modbus, Anybus, ARCnet, Ethernet etc.), multitasking programs, networks and assembler programs.
7、Solid skills in SW architecture/timing, drivers for low level devices, embedded products, algorithms/software, processors, TCP/UDP sockets and systematic tests.
8、Solid skills in hydraulics, control engineering, the basics of high and low voltage and able to read and understand diagrams.
9、Solid skills in Latex, Eclipse, Compiler (GCC, ARM), MatLab/Simulink, Java and Linux.
10、Solid verbal and written English skills.
11、Solid understanding of the Wind Turbine functionalities.
