Job Duties:
工作职责
1.Comes up with Ideas in brainstorming on how to produce exciting professional designs.
通过头脑风暴提出优秀的专业设计方案。
2.Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information, materials and ideas.
通过收集信息，材料和创意等方式完成准备工作。
3.Plans concept by studying information, materials and research online.
通过对信息，材料和在线搜索的研究，提出主题计划。
4.Create digital designs using Photoshop, Illustrator and In-design. Flyers, Poster, Window displays, Signs, Banners for many different purposes and events
运用Photoshop, Illustrator , In-design等软件创建数字化设计。制作用于不同用途及活动的传单、海报、橱窗展示、标志、横幅。
5.Is well aware when and where to use Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design.
熟练运用Photoshop, Illustrator , In-design等设计软件。
6.Displays full understanding of digital software and all it’s used and can work with them efficiently and inter-changeably.
展示对数字软件的充分了解及全面应用。可有效地、相互转换地进行工作操作。
7.Is aware of the importance of visual identity and brand identity.
有视觉标识和品牌标识意识。
8.Is able to learn from feedback and ready to change designs until the desired outcome is reached.
能够从反馈中学习。做好改变设计的准备，直到达成期望效果。
9.Is comfortable in being creative and shows independent thinking
拥有令人舒适的创造力和独立思考能力。
10.Has an organized and structured method of working is able to manage their own task-list.
有条理的工作方法，来管理自己的任务列表。
11.Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
拥有获得批准的概念，通过提交初步设计获得认可。
12.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
通过日常维护确保设备的正常运行：遵循制造商的说明；进行故障判别；申请维修；维护设备清单；评估新设备。
13.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
根据需要帮助团队努力完成相关成果。

Requirements:

1.Must be able to work with professional design and imaging editing software (Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat, etc.). HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus.
精通专业设计软件（如Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, In Design, Acrobat等），会使用HTML，CSS
2.Good skills in photo shooting, operating a photo camera, indoor and outdoor, with or without artificial light.
熟练使用照相机、摄影机，懂得室内及室外的用光技巧。
3.Creative and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
具有优秀的创意能力、学习能力，能够快速了解并适应新技术。
4.Experience in production and execution of design projects.
了解设计项目制作的所有流程。
5.Must be able to take a project from concept through to completion.

6.Must be able to project budgets and schedules, and follow deadlines.
能够做项目预算及计划，并按期完成项目。
7.Ability to complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
