Responsibility岗位职责:

1．指导和培训操作者遵守工艺纪律；

Direct and train the operator to comply process discipline;

2. 持续优化工艺流程提高生产效率；

Optimize the process flow continually to improve the productivity;

3. 及时更新技术文件；

Update the technical document in time;

4. 及时解决现场技术问题；

Solve technical problems on site;

5. 找出技术和质量问题并及时解决；

Discover technical and quality’s problems in time and rightly solve;

6. 为新品选择夹具，刀具及附具，编制新品的加工程序和加工工艺；

Select fixtures、cutting tools and attachments for new products; make cutting programs and processes for new products ;

7．分析废品原因，改进工艺。

Analyze scrap parts find out root reason and improve the process.

Qualification要求:

1．正规院校大专以上学历，机械或相关专业；

Graduated from normal college or university, major in mechanical or equivalent;

2. 工程背景，3年以上CNC工作经验；

Engineering background and more than 3 years CNC work experience;

3．有很强的解决技术问题的能力，熟知夹具，刀具和编程，熟悉FANUC系统;

Strong ability to solve technical problems; know well fixtures, cutting tools, programming; know well FANUC CNC system;

4．熟练操作微软办公软件及CAD 制图软件;

Skilled with Microsoft based software and Auto CAD;

5. 良好的英语读写及简单英文沟通能力;

Good reading or writing ability in English;

6．良好的人际沟通及语言表达能力。

Good communication skill.
