2. 尽可能优化所负责的工作流程，特别是配方和工艺方面以达到得嘉的效率（oee）和质量要求;
3. 服从、配合项目管理的指挥和要求;
4. 参与颜色配方的研发和改进;
5. 其它部门经理要求的工作


要求：

1.大学或本科毕业，化工相关专业
2. 有化工厂工作经历，有pvc或颜色方面的行业优先
3. 丰富的颜色知识
4. 3到5年工作经历，特别是配色方面的工作经验***
5. 仔细，认真，踏实，好学
6. 英语能力良好
