职责
● 当产品质量出现偏差时，能根据产品特性和工艺参数进行分析和解决
● 对客户投诉能进行分析，提出改正措施并实施
● 负责对各种工艺参数进行记录归档，建立数据库
● 参与公司的WCM 活动
● 工艺流程的优化：特别是无功或无效率流程的改进
● 能及时进行有效的内外部沟通

要求：

1. 大学或本科毕业，工艺技术方向
2. 有丰富的工艺流程知识以及过程统计分析方面的知识；
3. 较强的分析和解决问题的能力，特别是能使用一些有效工具进行分析；
4. 较强的组织协调能力，特别是涉及到质量，效率事务时；
5. 能熟练使用计算机办公；
6. 三到五年工艺或生产型企业的工作经历，外企经验优先；
7. 英语听说读写流利


Responsibilities
● To observe internal and external environmental and safety requirements/regulations/laws within
the area of responsibility.
● To perform activities in accordance with company policies and management systems.
● Analyse the deviations from standards in terms of process parameters and product
characteristics.
● Customer claims analyses, and corrective actions proposal and implementations
● To proposal and perform process development, process parameters/database set up and
documentation
● Involve in WCM in the factory.
● Process amelioration : non quality and non REE analysis
● Communicate with colleague both from local and overseas
● Continuous development to meet future skill requirements and thereby participate in training or
other activities that the company can provide for this purpose.


Requirements
1. University/College, technical direction
2. Excellent process knowledge and statistical process control knowledge
3. Good at problem solving tools and project management
4. Excellent work organization to be able to reach the objectives in term of quality, quantity et timeline
5. Good computer skills
6. Careful, honest, dedicated, down to earth, willing to learning, team spirit
7. 3 to 5 year experience in process/production industry, multinational company experience is preferred
8. Fluent in English verbal and writing
