Position: TKCN HSE Specialist
Report to: Country HSE Manager of ThyssenKrupp (China) Ltd.
Location: Beijing
Job time: Full-Time

Key Objectives and Scope of the Position:

Participate in design, definition and implementing of safety and health management system, guidelines and initiatives in the region in collaboration with Group Health and Safety expert and under consideration of the regional needs.

Implementation of Health, Safety and Environment programs in cooperation with the regional businesses.

Major Responsibilities:
Support OUs in implementing Safety and Health management manual and guides.
Collaborate with the OUs to develop procedure to implement Safety and Health management manual and guides.
Coordination of HSE audit, and cross inspection within the region.
In charge of HSE data reporting, include the KPI defined by region and group.
Track incident reporting, investigation and lesson learning across the region.
Lead or support HSE culture improvement program.
Enhance Health and Safety communication, such as newsletter preparation, and best practice sharing across the region.
Establish behavior change program and support the implementation within the region.
Implement HSE training program.
Check the compliance of local regulation within the region, report for any non-compliance timely.
Support the implementation of Health and Environment program within the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree with more than 5 years working experience in Health and Safety.
China Certified Safety Engineer is preferred
Knowledge competence in Safety and Health Management system.
Skill competence in Health and Safety auditing
Skill competence in workshop/training facilitation
Proficient in English
Intercultural Experience
