We are looking for:

Regional Service Manager – Beijing 区域服务经理

Main responsibilities:
- Providing an efficient and reliable level of service to Dräger customers.
- Preparation of detailed repair quotations for Customers in accordance with guidelines published by Dräger Service Manager
- Providing adequate records to the Customer to demonstrate the scheduled work has been performed.
- Initiate action to prevent the recurrence of non-conformities relating to product, process or quality system and Identify opportunities for preventive and corrective actions, requesting immediate correction of any matter causing a breakdown of the quality system
- To secure & maintain all equipment, used in performing assigned tasks, in good order and condition and where applicable “in Calibration”
- Service Staff plan, recruitment, training and development
- Acting in conformance with specific policies authorised and published by DSEC

- 对防止有关产品，过程或质量体系不合格的预防和纠正措施，采取行动，对造成的质量体系的崩溃对任何问题立即纠正
- 为了确保和维护所有的设备，在执行分配的任务中使用时保持在良好状态，并适用“校准”
- 服务人员的招聘，培训和发展计划
- 代理符合DSEC授权的具体政策


Requirements:
- University Degree Technical qualifications from an accredited university
- 5 plus years of job related experience in similar position
- skilled in Service/ Production techniques and possess abilities to train, organise, direct and control staff.
- Able to develop competitive features, benefits and price analysis, gather information and prepare quotes for customers
- Communicative effectively to answer inquires to customers.
- Good oral and written English
- Good knowledge of MRP and Microsoft Office software
- With social skills and trouble shooting skills
- Communicative, co-operative, self-motivated, stress resistant, logical, confident, flexible and adaptable

- 5年以上的类似职位工作相关经验
- 熟练的服务和生产技术，有能力培养，组织，领导和控制的工作人员。
- 能够制定有竞争力的特性，优势和价格分析，为客户收集信息并准备报价
- 有效的回答询问客户。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力
- 良好的MRP和Office软件的知识
- 社交技能和故障排除技巧
- 交际，合作，自我激励，抗压性，逻辑性，自信，灵活，适应性强
