Position: Assistant for Sales and Marketing - Health Care Division

Report to：Sales and Marketing Director, Healthcare Business Unit.

汇报对象： 医疗健康事业部市场销售总监

Location: Shanghai (1 opening)

Key Responsibilities:

* Support director to deal with the routine documentation work and administrative work efficiently.

* Collect, analyze, edit, prepare information and materials of the company and competitor;

* Marketing materials preparation support, such as PPT, table sheet, and etc.

* Support to prepare the marketing plan and follow up the execution;

* Support sales (tender, agreement, order management, PSI database management, customer database etc.)

职位描述：

* 市场部相关日常工作的完成，为总监提供全面的支持;

* 收集，整理，分析，编辑相关市场信息和资料;

* 协助制作市场资料，比如幻灯片，报表等

* 协助相关专业产品文件的翻译和校对工作；

* 协助制定和执行全年的产品市场计划;

* 销售支持（招标，订单管理，经销合同，销售PSI数据分析，客户管理数据库等）

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree, majored in marketing/media com/English/Chinese major/Medical;

* Long-term commitment to career & flexibility to work on multi task assignments;

* At least 5 years working experience as marketing assistant, passion for the medical device industry, preferred familiar with hospital channel promotion of pharmaceutical industry;

* Having medical device working experience or education will be a plus;

* Good skills in Microsoft office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.;

* Self-starter & keen learner; Able to follow up things in good manner responsively;

* Good interpersonal and communication skills and result-oriented;

* Strong sales data management and analytical ability and always positive and proactive working attitude, able to work under pressure;

* Excellent command of English (both, spoken and written).

* 本科以上学历，市场营销/传媒/英语/中文/医学专业相关；

* 追求成功和进步, 愿意主动学习，向往专业市场人员方向发展；

* 5年以上市场或销售高级助理工作经验，熟练运用PPT及Microsoft相关软件，有医疗行业医务渠道市场推广相关经验最佳；

* 有医学教育或工作相关背景最佳；

* 工作主动积极，认真，良好的人际关系，出色的沟通和学习能力能力，可以在压力下完成工作；

* 有一定的销售数据管理和市场分析能力和操作经验，积极正面的工作态度；

* 英语阅读和口语能力出色；
