Summary of Job Content:

· Major job focus: C&B, HR operation process.

· Other job responsibilities:

- Plant BC recruiting;

- Special Skill certificates attainment and management.

- HR programs and improvement tasks.

Key Accountabilities:

· Monthly payroll calculation & IIT Claim with punctuality & accuracy.

· Social Insurance and Housing Fund administration.

· HR operation handling including on barding/exit, personnel profile management, legal employment, contract management and employee transaction. etc.

· Training supporting with major focuses on NHO, Special Skill certificates following up and Skill Matrix updating.

· Plant BC recruiting.

· HR reporting within above HR job scope.

· Employee activities organizing, i.e. outing, annual dinner etc.

· Projects and programs delegated by supervisor or corporate HR.

· Training records updating, and logistics support for the training activities.

Experience:

· Bachelor or above degree, major in HR, administration, English, or other related majors

· Minimum 2 years work experience in HR field. Experience in foreign invested company is plus.

· Experience in recruiting and C&B is preferred.

Skills:

· Good knowledge of PRC labor laws and local regulations.

· Excellent teamwork and good interpersonal skills to get along well with other departments

· Good sense of confidentiality and efficiency

· Motivated, responsible, patient and focus on daily details.

· Good English skills both on verbal and written

· Proficient in MS computer skills, Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
