Purpose of the Role

This position is responsible to any rotory equipment design related to fuel/slag/ash system of boiler island with mechanical knowledge, experiences and education background in mechanical engineering and cooperate with other departments , subcontractors and DI in his/her scope. This position should support both Boiler tendering and projects executing. This position should also play an important role in 3D modeling and draw the engineering drawings in his/her scope.

Main Tasks

The employee′s tasks are mainly include but not limited to:

？ Design for the mechanical equipment (including the conveying equipment, vibration grate , bag filter, fly ash conveyor system ,fuel feeding system and slag removing system).

？ Issue the TRs, technical evaluation report, TAs of boiler auxiliary equipment, cooperate with clients, DI, suppliers and project team

？ Equipment model selection and performance requirements calculation ;

？ 3D modeling and drawings

？ Review the drawings and documents from subcontractor.

？ Supply the technical support in the workshop of the subcontractor and at the project site.

？ Tendering project technical support;

？ Subcontractor evaluation;

？ Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

？ Has rich experience in mechanical equipment design of fuel feedings, slag/ash handling for boiler island.

？ Familiar with the operating principle and can issue the TRs, technical evaluations and TAs of the conveyor system(including the screw conveyor, scraper conveyor, belt conveyor and so on);

？ Fluent English, strong interpersonal skills;

？ Has experience in 3D modeling and draft the engineering drawings by the Inventor software(including the Autocad)

？ Has rich experience in engineering cooperation with clients, DI, suppliers and project team ,Familiar with the Chinese/international mechanical design standards;

？ work experience should be more than 7 years;

？ BS or MS, majoring in mechanical engineering.
