JOB PURPOSE　工作目的
As a member of GSO-A Quality organization, the individual will be responsible for OEM/ODM suppliers’ performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
The major focus of this position will be to train and develop all OEM suppliers’ quality performance to meet / exceed specified company standards.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要的工作职责
- Access and improve quality assurance in contract manufacturer.
Product outgoing quality inspection.
Supplier in-process audit.
Production Roll Yield improvement.
-Weekly/Monthly Quality Reporting
-Lead and drive OEM Sub-contractor to meet quality expectations.
-Effective communication with PM team and supply chain for effective project execution
-Actively manage and report supplier performance on monthly basis and drill down/drill wide into the performance out of SPEC items with Metric, Pareto & Action Plan.
-Provide training and coaching to OEM inspectors/suppliers.
-Standardize quality requirement in Manufacturing Acceptance process.
-Process Capability Study (Cp & Cpk) to improve process in supplier side.
-Maintain & implement overall quality system and set up quality procedure and relevant documentation.
-GSQA audit.
-Supplier performance improvement activities.
-Other jobs assigned by Manager.

Educational Background / Professional Qualification Requirement 学历／专业资格要求
A 4- year Engineering degree is required advanced degree preferred.
Work Experience Requirement 工作经验要求
At least 4 years in relevant Quality and Operations experience.
Hands-on supplier’s management experience is a plus.
Skill/Competence Requirement主要技能要求
Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
Solid influential communication skills including speaking and writing in English
The ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; leadership potential to coach, mentor and develop suppliers and their key people;
Willing to travel as required.
Experience in appliance or similar consumer durables. Experience with refrigerator manufacture would be an advantage.
