职位描述
Duties & Key Deliverables:
? Maintain and manage existing accounts and customer relationships to meet revenue targets
? Effectively build and manage sales channel appropriate for the Food & Pharma Industries
? Work and communicate effectively with customers so as to ensure they understand the products and Thermo Fisher Scientific philosophy
? Travel to visit customers and building a quick rapport with them
? Identify and pursue potential sales leads with a view to generating new business
? Listening to customers and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate & exceed their needs
? Solving client problems by working closely with other members of the sales team and colleagues from a range of departments
? Co-ordinating sales projects
? Analyse customer requirements and generate quotations to meet their needs
? Persuading customers that your product will best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
? Negotiating tender and contract terms on an individual basis to meet both customer and company needs
? Closing the sale by agreeing terms and conditions
? Performing technical presentations to groups demonstrating how your product will meet customer needs
? Provide product demonstrations where appropriate
? Taking part in trade shows, conferencing and marketing events
? Administering customer accounts
? Analysing costs and sales
? Prepare management reports to track sales leads, forecasts and revenues
? Maintain an awareness of market and competitive conditions, needs and trends
? Network with R&D to ensure that new products meet customer / market requirements
Essential skills and qualifications:
? Major in food packaging machinery background essential
? Extensive knowledge of the Chinese Food & Pharma Industries
? Degree or qualification to equivalent level preferred but not essential
? Ability to negotiate effectively with all levels of personnel
? 3 years above Sales experience in packaging industry
? Knowledge of Microsoft Office
? Read and write English

? Excellent negotiation skills
? Able to maintain professionalism and integrity at all times
? Methodical approach to work and attention to detail
? Willingness to travel throughout China essential
