职位描述
1. Handle the enquiry from customers
2. Prepare quotation for customers
3. Take and process the order from customers
4. Follow up the order status
5. Arrange reverse logistic according to RMA process
6. Communicate with supply chain to ensure SLA
7. Control AR through strict adherence to credit policy
8. FSE inventory management and stock accounting
Education/Training Required:
? Bachelors Degree in a Business or Engineering discipline OR a Technical Associates degree with related work experience
Work Experience Required:
? 2–3 years of customer service (order processing) experience
? ERP or SAP experience is preferred. ? Good communication skills
? Familiarity with business process flows and Sales/Distribution ERP knowledge
? Knowledge and work experience within fast moving consumer goods and packaging industry
? Good verbal and written communication skills that result in a clear presentation and understanding of details and facts
