Job Title: Operation/Production Manager
Country and Location: Shandong, China
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
1. TRR <2%, LTI=0.
2. Ensure proper training of staff before operation.
3. Ensure safe CSU and safe plant operation.
4. Ensure execution of production, packing and loading of the required products against minimal. overall cost; in close cooperation with maintenance manager.
5. Ensure the production operation complies with local laws and regulations as well as standards in the management system.
6. Ensure continuous improvement of all relevant aspects of operation and packing.
7. Optimise plant output and total cost of ownership in close cooperation with maintenance manager and process engineer.

1. Number of direct employees: 4
2. Chemical process is complicated. Product is difficult to handle. Resulting in high level of operator interference with process and hence high demands on occupational safety standards.
Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
1. Minimum Bachelor degree in chemical engineering or similar.
2. At least 7 years senior production management experience; chemical plant or similar.
3. Affinity with hazardous chemicals and solid materials handling.
4. Good management skills, safety drive, communicator, team player, international orientation.
5. English language: good.
