Job description
Perform technical support and solution implementation in customer accounts.
Support daily operation and maintenance of customer’s systems and support the customer required service solutions like Cloud, Mobility and Big data analysis.
Assists in hardware and system software services activities, including installation planning, account management, systems problem determination, relocation, diagnosis, software support etc.
Perform problem determination, discontinuance and IT project implementation such as relocation, Cloud, onsite support service.
Prepare documentation for review report and activity planning.
Implement IT projects, assist in new IT service solutions implementation.
Responsible for developing positive relationships with customer to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Required Skills.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate or graduates within past 24 months.
Bachelor or above in Engineering / Computing Science or related disciplines.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of IBM database software/Cloud/Mobility is a plus.
Knowledge of UNIX/Linux is a plus.
Fluent in both written and oral English.
Good communications skills.
Self-initiative and result oriented.
Sense of responsibility and good team work skill.

Basic knowledge in relevant working experience
