Mission of the job

Project Quality Leader guarantees that we secure the promise made to our customers all along the project

A key role to:

- Build robust specification and quality commitment

- Deliver promised quality level

- Sustain customer satisfaction

- Maximize project efficiency

Responsibility

- Participate in project execution to be the ultimate guarantor of customers’ satisfaction and internal partners and, if quality is not reached, propose holding up launches

- Translate quality objectives listed in the requirements into quality commitments to be met in the project and validate consistency of project quality plans

- Choose quality methods, tools and systems, derived from the Group's quality system, to be used in the project and guarantee that they are effectively used and develop competencies of the project players in the use of the chosen methods and tools and the compliance with the quality system

- Evaluate risks during the project and propose corrective action plans

- Formulate a “GO-NOGO” opinion regarding quality risks at each project step

- Take independent quality position along project, argue quality position with project manager before escalating to quality function

- Participate and share practice in project quality community

- Escalate to offer quality any issue found during project

- Lead transfer to PEP

Qualification

- Education: Major in Electrical / Mechanical engineering, Bachelor above

- Language: good reading, writing and speaking, both in English & Chinese

- Good communication skills & presentation skills

- Result driven & influence

- Team worker & fast learner

- Passionate & open

- Project management or design background
