Position: Supplier Development Engineer (Lean)
Location: 临沂

Job Summary:
Supplier evaluation, improvement and parts development at suppliers.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
l Secure high level suppliers and support supplier selection through SEM.
l Help to launch stable, new models through APQPQ
l Manage corrective and preventative actions at supplier regarding quality & delivery issues.
l Improve supplier quality level & delivery performance through SDP (Supplier Development Process), Process Audit, Capacity Audit, Six Sigma, QI project, Index Audits, etc.
l Reduce the part cost through VPS（Volvo Production system）, VA/VE, Lean, etc.
l Lead sourcing projects through VSP (Volvo Sourcing Process).
l Lead management system improvement projects at supplier.
l Manage supplier relationship
l Performing other Supplier Development Business Plan actions.
l Handle other work assigned by SD Manager
Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
l Minimum 5 years’ experience in Purchasing or Quality or R&D or Manufacturing engineering dept in related field. (Work experience in the automotive, Construction Equipment or similar industries is preferred)
Personal Qualifications
l Knowledge
- Technical knowledge about related commodity
- APQP & PPAP knowledge is preferred
l Skills
- Good computer skills (MS WD/EXCEL/POWERPOINT)
- Strong communication Skills
- Initiative, Drive for Results, Sense of Urgency, Flexibility, Innovation and Creativity
- Problem analysis, decision making & execution
- Project management skill is preferred
- Audit skills are preferred
