Job responsibilities:

Objective-develop store staff that have great customer service

1.Developing store staff stardand

2.Developing store staff training manuals

1)Basic/introductory

2)Intermediate

3)Advanced

3.Co-ordinating the different dept for the execution and development of the training courses.

4.Provide effective training solutions and support staff development project to meet retail business needs

5.Plan the training calendar and budget

6.Organize, conduct and evaluate the training programs

7.Prepare regular reports for management reviews on training effectiveness

8.Perform field coaching



Experience required:

-Degree holder or above in business or related discipline

-Minimum 3 years of experience with exposure in retail training at multi-national company.

-Good training facilitation skills

-Excellence interpersonal, influencing and presentation skills

-Experience in retail operations with good business sense

-Fluent written and spoken English and Putonghua
