Detailed JD:

installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.

monitoring and maintaining computers,printers,VoIP phones and local networks.

Troubleshooting system hardware,printers,VoIP phones or software and local network problems.

Dealing with local service providers such as ISP.

Replacing parts as required.

Providing support,including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system,

Supporting the roll-out of new systems and applications.

Setting up new user's accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues,

Working continuously on a task until completion(or referral to third parties,if appropriate)

Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time,

Skill requirement:

Strong technical and professional skills,

Strong knowledge windows environments -Windows 7,Windows 8,active directory,etc...

2 years experience in a Microsoft environment.

Basic understanding of networking technologies,

Expertise in problem solving and technical innovation.

Excellent written/oracle communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently on multipe overlapping projects with minimal supervision.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience working directly with customers in a professional environment.
