· Strong experience in server-side Java web application on Windows/Linux platform using Tomcat web container.
· Experience with web application framework Spring MVC; Experience with web service design.
· Proficiency in SQL, relational database schema design and ORM technologies such as OpenJPA or Hibernate.
· Excellent knowledge of object-oriented design principles.
· Hands-on experience in and passionate about developing high-volume, high-performance production web application, applying techniques such as caching, compression, concurrency and/or performance tuning.
· Experience with web service technologies including SOAP, REST and/or JSON.
· Experience with Maven and Ant build scripts development.
· Experience with AJAX, JavaScript, HTML and CSS is a plus.
· Experience with any e-commerce platform is a plus.
· Desire and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, dynamic environment.
· Minimum 3~5 years of experience developing commercial applications.
· Excellent communication, analytical and leadership skills.
· BS/MS in Computer Science highly desirable.
