职位描述
职责:
1、负责直接用户、渠道合作伙伴关系的开拓、建立、维系与发展;
2、负责项目及外包工程师的客户群体开拓与生意机会挖掘;
3、与销售经理一同执行项目销售计划,运用资源进行销售推进工作,实现销售目标;
4、做好客户服务工作,提升客户满意度,实现可持续销售。

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for to develop, establish, maintain and development partnerships with our customer and channel partners;
2.Responsible for development Customer base of outsourcing engineers and Search business opportunities for program;
3.Work with Sales Manager to implementation the projects and sales plans, use resources to achieve sales targets; 4.Use good customer service to increase customer satisfaction, achievement sustainable sales.
Requirements:
1.Love the phone sales, willing to work with customers to become friends, good use of resources, committed to
become an elite sales in IT industry;
2.Willing to challenge and do your best, proactive, hardworking, courage and can create values for our customers; 3.Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken,strong communication and presentation skills;
4.Quite outgoing, with high enthusiasm and passion for work, have strong business development skills;
5.Strong communication skills, learning ability, good sense of service and team responsibilities;
6.Professional knowledge, relevant industry background, resources, or outstanding sales performance is preferred; 7.Female preferred.
