岗位职责：
1.负责用户桌面终端（Windows平台）的安装、配置、维护、故障排除；
2.负责行内业务系统、应用软件的安装及维护；
3.熟悉主流企业型杀毒软件及病毒防御的相关设置；
4.客户端网络故障排除(Lotus Notes)；
5.维护邮件系统及排错；
6.打印机及IT硬件设备的维护；
7.负责日常报表的打印工作；
8.IT相关文档整理和撰写.

岗位要求：
1. 1-3年相关Helpdesk工作经验，有外资工作经验者优先；
2. 熟悉WinOS系统环境下技术支持；
3.了解企业级病毒和邮件客户端维护与管理；
4. 良好的服务意识及团队合作意识；
5. 有一定的英文沟通能力,善于沟通者优先考虑。
Responsibilities :
1.Maintain PC、laptop and other related equipments, able to resolve problems proficiency;
2.Maintain the server and network equipments runs normally and have ability to solve common problems;
3.Internal virus defense work and other related system settings；
4.Set the main mail system of client E-mail sittings；
5.Other related works in IT department.

Requirements:
1.One to three years experience in helpdesk or relevant position；
2.Familiar with the technical support system environment in WinOS;
3.Understanding of mainstream servers and network equipments，familiar with windows server operating system, have a certain understanding of LAN architecture;
4.Understanding of enterprise-class virus and mail client maintenance and management;.
5.Good service conscious and strong teamwork spirits；
6.Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
