Finance Assistant (Shenzhen)

Job description:
1. Invoice processing and A/R management
To process and issue Accounts Receivable invoices to different entities in a way that:
- Invoice amount is calculated in absolute accuracy;
- Invoices are checked for legal and VAT country-specific compliance;
- Issuing and processing the necessary communications with clients to correct any defect that prevents an invoice from being processed;
- Checking invoice processed and perform any necessary corrections;
- Using VAT system issue VAT invoice; dealing with tax office for VAT invoice purchasing, checking, reports and handle VAT invoice application;
- Keep record of invoice issued and assist in managing AR.
2. Book Keeping
- Assist in book keeping and check all entries are properly booked into accounting system;
- Assist in Chinese book keeping filing.
3. Tax filing
Process tax filling and report with local tax bureau on monthly basis.
Qualifications and requirements:
- University degree or above. Major in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of in-house accounting/invoice processing/tax filling work experience is a must
- Demonstrated ability to read and write English fluently, medium level of speaking
- Demonstrated ability to work with MS Excel is a must
- Patience in work, detail and quality oriented
