工作职责：

1. 带领销售团队推广海航酒店集团“喜悦人生”贵宾俱乐部会员卡。
2. 团队人员招聘，培训，业绩管理等工作。
3. 日常行政和客户管理工作。
   

职位要求：

1. 具备两年酒店会员卡销售管理工作经历；
2. 独立管理会员卡项目取得优异成绩者优先；
3. 具有积极的心态，良好的心理素质，并勇于承担工作压力；
4. 较强的认知能力、团队建设，培训激励，沟通协调能力、领导力；
