1. 贯彻并督促供应商遵守福伊特及客户的质量及安全方针、质量目标

2. 月度、年度报告准备并指出供应商需要改进的方面，采取行之有效的举措

3. 组织相关产品的供应商的来料检验控制和PPAP流程

4. 负责料件测量的匹配并与供应商达成一致

5. 先期质量策划、产品相关保证、测试特征协调

6. 根据认证要求执行供应商端的产品审计

7. 在生产和来料检验过程中为供应商问题部件提供解决方案

8. 根据实际发现的问题督促供应商持续改进

9. 发布不合格品报告和8D报告，第一时间进行评估并监督

10. 定义来料检验的方法计划并建立最有效的检验方法

要求具有相关工作经验。

1. Implement& monitor suppliers comply with Voith & customers’ quality & safetypolicy and goals

2. Performmonthly and yearly report and raise supplier improvements items and takeeffective actions

3. Leadand organize products supplier material incoming quality control and PPAPprocess

4. Beresponsible for parts measurement adaption and get alignment with supplier orinter-company

5. AdvancedQuality planning – product-relevant prevention / coordination of testcharacteristics

6. Implementationof product audits at supplier according to certification requirement

7. Problemsolving for supplier parts issue in production and incoming inspection

8. Push supplier to make continuous improvement according to actualfindings

9. Define incoming inspectionmeasurement planning for parts and set up inspection efficiency Issue non-conformity report and perform 8D

10. Report,evaluation and monitoring with the first Level
